Program Highlights .

Transitioning from hypertrophy to Olympic lifting requires a strategic shift in training focus and technique. Initially, the program emphasizes compound lifts like squats, deadlifts, and bench presses, maintaining muscle mass while introducing explosive movements.

Gradually, emphasis shifts towards power cleans, snatches, and jerks to develop speed, coordination, and explosive strength. Workouts integrate plyometrics, focusing on jump variations and agility drills to enhance power output.

Additionally, mobility exercises target flexibility and range of motion crucial for proper technique in Olympic lifts. The program gradually reduces isolation exercises and increases intensity and complexity to facilitate a smooth transition from hypertrophy to Olympic lifting proficiency.

Team Block 2 ($15)

Welcome to the Team! 

The team training will be a monthly subscription, but the schedule will be more dynamic than that, and you can join and leave at any time! 

The team training will be divided into four-week blocks with a task at the end of each cycle.

The tasks range from repetition maxes in selected progressive exercises to metabolic improvements on designated equipment.

Our goal with Team Training is to develop the best and most athletic version of yourself through the interaction of the trainheroic community and coaching staff.

I will monitor and check in with the athletes throughout the week to ensure everyone is on the right track.Whatever it is, the way you tell your story online can make all the difference.

KEVLAR 12 Weeks ($15)

Kevlar is a high-strength synthetic fiber known for its remarkable toughness and resistance to impact.

Like the program's name, this system is designed to help bulletproof and protect first responders from the high pace and aggressive nature of their careers. The program was designed to help rehab existing injuries, pre-hab and prepare tactical athletes for future program design, progressions, and strength and conditioning.

This system is the first twelve weeks towards ensuring that the tactical / athlete can maximize human potential, resulting in a healthier and more reliable state of physical readiness.

The secondary benefit of the KEVLAR system is that it can be returned to any point in the year to reestablish a physical baseline and heal and strengthen the body, resulting in continued progression and performance before moving on to more demanding and advanced training systems.

Trilogy 8 Weeks ($18)

**TRILOGY** IS AN 8-WEEK TRIFECTA PROGRAM DEVELOPED OVER THE PAST TWENTY YEARS OF WORKING WITH ATHLETES AND PRIVATE POPULATIONS FROM DIVERSE AND COMPLICATED BACKGROUNDS. INCORPORATING THE CONCEPTS OF VERTICAL INTEGRATION INTO MY ATHLETIC TRAINING REGIMENS, I REALIZED THAT THERE IS A WAY TO INCORPORATE MULTI DISCIPLINES OF FOCUS INTO A SINGLE TRAINING BLOCK.

48 WEEK FUNCTIONAL HYPERTROPHY / (12 WEEKS $18)

A FOUR-DAY WEEK FUNCTIONAL HYPERTROPHY PROGRAM DESIGNED TO MAXIMIZE AN ATHLETE'S ABILITY TO PUT ON LEAN MUSCLE MASS. THIS PROGRAM WILL ALSO COME WITH A SUPPLEMENT OUTLINE TO OPTIMIZE SUCCESS.

 

BASE CAMP / 6 WEEK GPP FOR ATHLETES ($12)

FOUR DAY A WEEK ATHLETE SPECIFIC PROGRAM WITH THE GOAL TO IMPROVE GENERAL PREPARATION IN ANTICIPATION OF THE ATHLETIC SEASON. THIS PROGRAM WILL FOCUS ON THE FUNDAMENTALS OF UNILATERAL DEVELOPMENT AND WILL HAVE A SUPPLEMENT OUTLINE ACCOMPANYING IT TO MAXIMIZE SUCCESS.
